Integrity Governance operates on a “no surprises” basis.
At the start of each review we will participate together in a detailed briefing session. This allows us to fully understand your expectations, and those of your sponsors.
During this session, we will gather data, discuss critical issues, establish clear lines and protocols for communication, and enable you to raise areas of concern about the review.
You will be provided with weekly reports that update you on the progress of your review. Your contact will be with a single designated professional who is responsible and accountable for it.
You will be provided with clear written estimates of costs. We will advise you of, and discuss with you, any additional costs above and beyond the agreed budget, before they are incurred.
You can be certain that the confidentiality of the information you provide during reviews, and your intellectual property, is respected by our team.
We believe that we should practice the corporate governance standards that we preach. In the “for profit” sector, for example, we routinely sign undertakings to ensure that our team do not invest in client companies.
